A Betrayal of Pride: Indecisive

I don’t make a decision and I don’t do anything. Instead of attacking I simply pass information between them about what the other is going to do. I share Techs with both of them, staggering when I share so they don’t get suspicious. I make plans to attack the other with no intention of carrying them out. And it all makes me feel dirty.

As Orange and Pink begin their attacks, I simply collect my ships.
I am a coward!
My worst moment comes when I discover I’m not researching weapons as I thought I had been. You see I promised orange to research weapons and share them as quickly as possible. He was relying on me as my research outstripped his own. But somehow the research changed onto Terraforming.

Now I don’t know whether this was the result of a bug or of a piss up with a friend I hadn’t seen in a long time. I know I logged on, somewhat drunk after he had left, and fiddled about. I know I did some things, I just don’t know what. I probably changed my research, but I’m not going to tell orange that. So instead I claim it was a bug. ‘The game changed it to terraforming,’ I tell him then share the tech with him anyway. It is a set back to his plans, but I promise to make it up to him. I then sent some manufacturing tech with Pink.

Pink attacks Orange, the dirty backstabbing bastard...
no wait, that's me again.
Only the very next time I log on Pink has sent me the Weapons tech I need. I definitely want to share it with Orange - especially as Pink has attacked him with a large fleet and better tech for Orange would mean more losses for Pink - but it will look incredibly suspicious. So I figure out at which time the fleet will arrive, set my alarm clock, wake in the middle of the night and send Orange the extra weapons tech. In the middle of the night!

And I feel dirtier than ever!
