My last game was no different and I was steamrollered by a brutally aggressive nation who through a brutal and deadly surprise attacke quickly subjugated my empire. The leader of this totalitarian dictatorship? Gandhi. It felt wrong.
So Ganked by Gandhi is the story of the great leader himself as he tries to guide his nation to success through 6000 years in complete peace and non-violence.
The rules:
- I will build no military units, I can keep and upgrade any I receive from ruins and my initial starting unit.
- I will be playing on the Prince difficulty in Civ 5 (that is the difficulty I usually play on, I did beat Civ 2 on Deity a few times but I had loads more time back then!)
- No reloads, I will have to live with my mistakes.
- No checking wikis for the best strategy. I'm on my own.
- I will not accept any units from a Militaristic city state (as I remember you can turn them off)
- I will not attack any enemy unit unless they are in my territory (which I believe is acceptable in the spirit of self defence), even if we are at war.
Can i survive through the ages and bring prosperity to Gandhi's people? No... probably not.
